How to Solve the Fast Wear of Polyester Forming Mesh Edge

Polyester forming mesh edge wear too fast: most of the paper machine wear the most severe place is in the vacuum and no vacuum discussion place (mesh edge 10-15 cm position); solutions:
1. Even if the opening of the vacuum box is increased, the width of the opening of the vacuum box is staggered in turn.
2. Add atmospheric pressure lubricating water to the edge of the vacuum box.
3. Apply reinforcement in proper position.
4. Check whether the edge wiper and vacuum box have edges or notches. Especially the joint of ceramic panel is the key to thin.
5. Check if there is severe wear at the edge of each roller (the tension of the mesh is smaller than that of the normal mesh after wear and thinning, further accelerating wear)
