Physical son of unsaturated polyester resin

The relative density of unsaturated polyester resin is about 1.11-1.20. The volume shrinkage rate is higher when curing. Some physical properties of the cured resin are as follows:
(1) Heat resistance. The thermal deformation temperature of most unsaturated polyester resins is between 50 and 60 C, while some resins with good heat resistance can reach 120 C. The coefficient of red thermal expansion is (130-150)? 10-6 C.
(2) Mechanical properties. Unsaturated polyester resin has high tensile, bending and compressive strength.
(3) Chemical corrosion resistance. The unsaturated polyester resin has good water resistance, dilute acid and alkali resistance, and poor resistance to organic solvents. At the same time, the chemical decay resistance of the resin can vary greatly with its chemical layout and the number of switches.
(4) Dielectric properties. Unsaturated polyacid resin has excellent dielectric properties.
