Cleaning method of polyester forming net:

1. When dirt is adsorbed on the net surface in the later stage and the result of dehydration is poor, the paper machine can wash the net surface with a special blanket detergent (check its PH value carefully) at the creeping rate (open atmospheric water). Multilayer networks and single-layer networks with nylon monofilaments should not be washed with acid solution (after the chemical resistance of nylon and polyester is attached), and other networks can be washed with acid and alkali solutions with concentration less than 10%.

2. When the dirt occurs in the local inoculation of the net, after explaining the cause of the dirt inoculation, the appropriate detergent can be selected to stop washing. Rinse with plenty of water immediately after washing.
